While we hope that Paradigm does live happily ever after, we haven't quite reached that stage in our business' life cycle yet! Let's go back to the start... Paradigm, a limited corporation registered in the Bahamas was founded in 2006 by two young Bahamians, Chad Bowe and Ken Smith. The former a marketing and business development junkie and the latter a programming prodigy. The timing was right and the mix of skills and interests was too rare and complementary to ignore.
At first the going was rough but after a few operational changes, things started to progress nicely. In the beginning, custom software and high-tech business solutions (custom Time & Attendance systems, Biometrics, RF Security, etc.) were the main focus, but after meeting our talented web developer, new doors began to open up. It wasn't long before Paradigm considered itself to be at the top of the market for web development in the Bahamas.
The next step in the company's evolution was the development of BoltMessaging and the establishment of GTAconsultant.com in the Toronto Canada area where Chad (cofounder) now spends most of his time and provides marketing consulting services to local small businesses.
